Payment Terms

• 50% deposit required upfront.
• Remaining balance due upon completion or within 5 working days.

AFZ Fence and Gate Limited reserves the right to consign any outstanding debt to a third party. Any legal action and/or debt collection action/cost required to recover any amounts outstanding will be added to the account.

Job Confirmation & Warranty

• Job must be confirmed via email or text.
• 3-day satisfaction warranty post-completion.
• 3-year workmanship and gate motor warranty (unless third-party involvement).
• Warranty for motor will be only covered if there are any technical issues. Any physical damage will not be covered as warranty.
• Please note any natural disasters, rain or wind will not be covered in the warranty. The damage must go through client's insurance.

Site & Safety

• Customers must vacate the site during work for health and safety.
• Power source requirements must be communicated in writing before work begins.
• If there is any concern with fibre cables, it's the customer's responsibility to contact council or Chorus.
• AFZ Fence and Gate Limited needs to be notified if there is a fibre cable around the working site.

Additional Charges

• Call-out and travel fees apply after the 3-day completion of the job.

Timeline & Materials

• Estimated completion within 3 weeks (weather and powder coating dependent).
• High-quality aluminium products used.

Documentation & References

• Receipts provided after job completion.
• Customer references available upon request.
